Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• The book is damaged, defective, or has printing/binding errors.
• You received the wrong title, edition, or quantity.
• The book must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.

• Books damaged due to misuse after delivery.
• Books without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
• Change-of-mind returns after 7 days from delivery.

• Email pagepayopc@gmail.com or call +91 92326 76449 with your order number and photos of the issue within the return window.
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to ship the item back to us.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned book, we will process a refund or replacement, as chosen by you, within 5–7 business days.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged/wrong item, we will ship the correct/undamaged book at no additional cost, subject to availability.
