Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, email us at pagepayopc@gmail.com or call +91 92326 76449 with your order number, or use the "Cancel Order" option in your account dashboard, if available.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead choose to refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is received, subject to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to non-availability of stock, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
